We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 Return Policy:

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Item must be in the original packaging
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
• • A 15% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds apply only to the product price minus the 15% fee and shipping costs.

 Non-returnable items include:

• Sale/clearance items
• Intimate apparel (bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments)
• Gift cards

 How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at everfashionstore01@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions if your item is eligible.
3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund. Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

 Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll gladly help with an exchange if the item is in stock.
